Agencies such as GMDA, Municipal Corporation, Nhai, Public Works have arrangements, but due to the complex process of reporting and a lack of transparency of follow -up, civil participation is less. When sending photos on the app, real -time warning will be given to the relevant agencies, resident welfare association and local elected representatives (MLAs and councilors). The pilot scheme was started with RWA and local councilors. The biggest challenge is to constantly keep this platform informed and accurate. Often the technology solutions are spread.
