NIA has filed a charge sheet against three more accused in Take Rana Hotel Firing Case

Jaipur, April 20 (IANS). The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against three more accused in the Take Rana Hotel firing case related to Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla in Canada. The agency filed its second supplementary charge sheet with the NIA Special Court in Jaipur, in which Dharmendra Singh, Gaurav and Deepak were mentioned under the section 18 and 20 of the RA (P) Act 1967. With this, the NIA has so far filed a charge sheet against a total of six accused in the RC 01/2024/NIA/JPR case related to the conspiracy. The NIA filed a charge sheet last month against three other accused, known as Sachin Alias ​​Praveen Alias ​​Dholia, Yogesh alias Monu and Vijay Alias ​​Kale. Rajasthan police originally filed a charge sheet against seven other people and arrested a total of eight accused in the case, later recorded by the NIA. The NIA assembly continues with the investigation. The NIA is now conducting a thorough investigation into the matter so that the entire network of conspiracy can be revealed. The agency raids in search of other suspects and work to ensure that such terrorist activities can be prevented. In this case, the arrested accused is questioned and the NIA hopes that more conspiracy wires will be added soon. This action reflects NIA’s zero tolerance policy against terrorism. Earlier on April 17, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a charge sheet against five more accused in the 2022 Coimbatore car bomb blast case. The suicide attacker died in the Isis -inspired attack. It was the fourth supplementary charge sheet of the NIA in this case. Sheikh Hidayatullah, Umar Farooq, Pavas Rahman, Sharan Mariyappan and Abu Hanifa have been accused of financeing terrorism and other activities in the charge sheet.
