Beijing, December 24 (IANS). China’s conference in the central rural matters was held in Beijing from December 19 to 20. The CPC general secretary, XI Chinfing, provided important instructions on the works of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”. Xi Chinfing said that party committees and governments at all levels must implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee on “Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers”. Following priority development of agricultural and rural areas must be followed and integrated development of urban and rural areas must be followed.
