'Nehru -Gandhi' family always gave the country, never took anything: Digvijay Singh
New -Delhi, April 19 (IANS). The senior leader of the Congress Digvijay Singh on Friday said on the charge sheet of the enforcement directorate against Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi in the National Herald case that the Nehru-Gandhi family was a family who just gave the country and never took anything for themselves. Digvijay Singh said during a conversation with the Ians news agency that he had dedicated it to the nation since 1930, Allahabad or whatever property he had elsewhere. There were three prime ministers of this family, but there was not a single allegation of corruption against him, the charge sheet submitted by the ED to the family. This family did not make money with all the institutions of National Herald. The senior leader of the congress said that the gel route (money transaction) is always seen in corruption. There is not a single example of money trail in this case. As Congress Party oppose the NDA government in the center, it is a fraudulent attempt to suppress the voice of Congress. Leaders who do not act in Congress must be identified. On this statement from Rahul Gandhi, the senior leader of Congress Digvijay Singh said it was absolutely right. Such leaders must be identified. At the trial of the WAQF Act in the Supreme Court, the senior leader of Congress said: “I believe that the Supreme Court must take the case with the same seriously as it has taken so far, and the unconstitutional law must be canceled.” It is noteworthy that the WAQF Act has recently been approved by a majority in parliament. The central government claims that this amendment will benefit the poor Muslims. The country will be brought back from the clutches of people who illegally occupy the WAQF countries. At the same time, the opposition is constantly opposed to the WAQF Act. The opposition says that the government wants to occupy the countries of WAQF by force. Several petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court against the WAQF Act. The case was heard in the Supreme Court on Thursday. The next trial will be held on May 5. -Ians DKM/Ekd shares this story -tags
