CM Soren handed appointment letters to 160 newly appointed doctors and medical teachers
Ranchi, September 25 (IANS). Hemant Soren, chief minister of Jharkhand, on Thursday handed appointment letters to 160 assistant professors, dentists and medical officials for medical colleges and hospitals in the state. He said the function organized in the Jharkhand ministry during the event that the appointment of medical officers is a big step to strengthen state health structure. The chief minister said that health care is not just a profession, but a spirit of service. He addressed the newly appointed doctors, saying, “Poor, weak and helpless people have high expectations of you. Your sensations must be seen on the ground so that the patients can get the benefit directly.” He said much can be done despite limited resources. Patients also need the same sensation and service along with treatment. The Chief Minister said: “Only with your behavior and influence can patients get a better environment.” Soren referred to the new challenges that come out in the health sector, said doctors play an important role in their solution. Our government has created such a system in which health services will be improved using doctors and medical officers. Referring to Kovid-19, he said that the disease is a challenge for the whole world, but that the government has successfully fought with better management. He said that many diseases today arise from human lifestyle and habits, and that the solution must also be found with society itself. The chief minister ordered the Department of Health that the tradition of honoring those who perform better by judging the works of the doctors placed in the state. This will increase their morally and they will be motivated to provide better services. Dr. Irfan Ansari, additional general secretary of Avinash Kumar, additional general secretary of Health Department Ajay Kumar Singh, NHM campaign director Shashi Prakash Jha, JMHidp MD Abu Imran and the special secretary of health department, dr.
