Four people dead, two seriously injured when a car from a car bridge in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh,
At least four people were killed on Thursday and two others were seriously injured when a high -speed SUV bridge broke into a dry river after breaking the railing of an SUV bridge with a high speed in the Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh. A police officer gave this information. The Bargi City Superintendent of Police, Anjul Mishra, said the accident happened at about 4pm on Charagwan-Jabalpur road. It is about 30 km from the headquarters of the Jabalpur district. Mishra said: “The SUV with a high velocity broke the railing and fell into the dry foothills of the Somati River of the Bridge. Six members of the Patel family traveled in the sports utility vehicle. They visited Dada Darbar in Narsinghpur and returned to Jabalpur.” According to officials who died in the accident, Kishan Patel, 35, Mahendra Patel, 35, Sagar Patel, 17, and Rajendra Patel, 36, died on the spot. Jitendra Patel and Manoj Patel were seriously injured and were admitted to Government Medical College and Hospital for treatment. “The rooster with him died, while a goat’s ear was cut off in the vehicle,” the official said. Charagawan police officer Abhishek Pyasi said the bodies were pulled out of the vehicle with great difficulty. He said the case was registered and that the investigation was underway.
