Former Chief Minister Arind Kejriwal, accused in the CBI and ED case, related to the Excise fraud, has filed an application with the Rouse Avenue Special Court demanding NOC for renewal of his passport. The court issued a notice to the ED and CBI over the application and adjourned the hearing until June 4. Kejriwal’s lawyer said the private passport of his client expired in 2018.
