The victim filed a complaint with the Ansal API office on February 27, 2023 and February 1, 2024. The company took no steps on its complaint. No information was given when he contacted the owners and employees of the firm. It is alleged that he was threatened and said that any action will only be done by order of firm drivers. The MeerUT Development Authority has banned its acquisition. It is alleged that the directors of the company Sushil Ansal, Pranav Ansal, prepared manager AP Sharma and Atul Sharma False documents and seized Rs 10 Lakh of the company.
