WAMENDAGRI: PBB-P2 increases more than 100%, should be reviewed by the review

Jakarta-WamendAgri Bima Arya called on regional heads to be careful with the adjustment of land and rural and urban buildings (PBB-P2). Bima Arya said the area that increased PBB-P2 above 100% should be reviewed. “The Interior Ministry has issued a circular, which essentially requested that all regional heads be careful to make adjustments to the UN P2,” Bima Arya said in the parliamentary complex on Monday (8/25/2025). “And request that the regions that are experiencing problems, meaning residents objected to reviewing it, even cancel,” he continued. He said that part of the regions canceled the increase in PBB-P2. “We have recorded that there are indeed some areas of more than 100%, so we must of course be reviewed and even called on or postponed. Some of our regions have noticed it,” he explained. He said there was 104 handing over PBB-P2 policy. But Bima Arya said the policy was made long before the new government was compiled. He also ensured that the increase policy was made before the budget efficiency policy. He said only three regions made pbb-P2 adjustments in 2025. “So I think it’s not right, if it links to the efficiency policy, it’s an area initiative that is carried out to increase path,” he said. “And even a lot of policy was taken by regional chief officers during the election. That is, before the new government was founded,” he continued. Furthermore, Bima Arya said his party would do regular evaluations. He reminded regional heads to consider the well -being of the people in the formation of policy. “Yes, essentially, everything should be taken into account for regional heads. Not troublesome residents, maintaining conductors,” he said. “Most importantly, the tax is at the contemporary meeting, it is just one of the stimulating instruments. So we may not rely on taxes.
