Since the report of 'breast cancer is seen to a male patient' doctor, the government officials of the Rajasthan sleep

A major scam came to light in the Rajasthan Health Scheme (RGHS) run for government officials in Rajasthan. Crores of rupees were abused with the connection with doctors and private drug shopkeepers. The doctors have arbitrarily prescribed medicine to the patients. A doctor from a primary health center in Jaipur crossed the boundaries when he prescribed a male patient for breast cancer medicine and took his money from the shop owner. This disclosure was made using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Investigations found that 34 patients were treated by the same CT scan. Medicines worth rupees were given to the same family. Through fraud, medicine worth Rs 2000 crore was given to government employees. Expensive medicine was given for kidney and cancer. Fraud using AI technology When AI technology scanned the prescriptions of doctors, it was found that all the patients were written to all the expensive medicine. In Pali, Bhilwara and Mandawar, many patients prescribed medicine on the same prescription. In 2021-22, Rs 289.89 crore was spent on drugs in RGHS, which increased to Rs 2566.64 crore in 2024-25. That is, 2276.75 crore calls were spent in just three years. Likewise, Dr. Van Sriganganagar Kesar Singh himself wrote medicine worth Rs 38 lakh 23 thousand for his family. When we talk about the data, the free drug scheme is spent annually R1,100 crore for the people of Rajasthan, while doctors prescribe medicine to value Rs 2,000 crore for 60 lakh employees. This means that the amount of double the amount was spent on the treatment. What is RGHS scheme? Under the RGHS scheme, government employees have the facility to buy medicine from the authorized private medical store by showing the doctor’s prescription. It is not necessary to pay money for this. The drug dealer prepares a self -medication bill and sends it to the government’s finance department. It is then paid by the department.
