Back of the Yards Shooting Leaves 1 Dead, 1 Wounded – ryan

A 69-YEAR-OLD MAN WAS KILLED AND ANOTHER WOUNDED IN A SHOOTING IN BACK OF THE YARDS ON SUSTE NIGHT, CHICAGO POLICY SAID.

IRA Fields, 69, and a 51 -ear-op man, were leaving e & j Liquors, 5439 S. Dahen Ave., AT 8:05 PM WENDE THREE GOT OUT OF A DARK CRUZE AND FIRED SHOTS, POLICE COUNTY MedICAL EXAMINATION.

Fields, Who Lived Nearby and Was Leaving the Store when he was shot in the chest and back, was dead at the scene, the Medical Examinar’s Office and Police Said.

The 51-Yaar-Old man was shot in the left and buttocks and taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in Fair Condition, Police Said.

No one is in custody.
