'Make yoga part of life', Hema Malini's attraction before World Yoga Day
Mumbai, June 14 (IANS). Veteran actress and Mathura -LP Hema Malini has all requested to do yoga on international yoga day to be celebrated every year on June 21. This year, while sharing the theme of World Yoga Day ‘I Earth, Yoga for One Health’, he has all called on everyone to practice yoga regularly. He described yoga as necessary to maintain spiritual and physical health, and he said that June 21 every year is celebrated as ‘World Yoga Day’. He said: “I have a deepest appeal to everyone to participate in the World Yoga Day and to make yoga a part of my life. Last month, while the theme of this year was announced during the Mann KI Benel program, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the importance of yoga. He said that this day it took the form of a great festivals of yoga. It is such an invaluable gift that India has given to humanity, which will be very useful for the coming generations. The prime minister said it is a matter of pride for all of us that yoga and curiosity about our traditional medical system are increasing around the world.
