How much punishment for children to work?
How many punishment for trending children for a few seconds? Do you know that the rental of children under the age of 14 is legal in India? Nevertheless, millions of children are still working today. Child labor Act was issued in 1986 to prevent child labor. This law prevents children from planting in dangerous and risky works. This law has 18 dangerous jobs and 65 procedures, which are illegal and culpable offenses for hiring children. A person who violates this law receives a prison from three months to one year and a fine of £ 10,000 to £ 20,000. The Constitution also protects the rights of children. Article 24 states that children under the age of 14 cannot be used in dangerous positions. Article 21a gives each child the right to free and compulsory education at the age of 6 to 14 years, so they must study. According to the 2001 census, about 1.26 crore children worked in India, who have now descended at about 50 lakhs. Most children work in Bidi, hotels, brick oven, construction and domestic work. These tasks are dangerous and harmful to children’s health. Laws such as Factory Act, Mines Act and Bidi-Sigar Act have been issued to protect children from dangerous work. This ensures their safety. State and central governments are responsible for implementing the Child Work Act. The center takes action at the railway, food and ports while the state is acting in the rest of the areas.
