Ghaziabad: A gang smothered on road stripes four arrested, 18 batteries have recovered
Ghaziabad, April 9 (IANS). Police Team police station in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, arrested four accused stealing batteries of vehicles parked along the road. Police got 18 stolen batteries out of possession and an e-ricksha used in the incident. Police said the police team arrested four suspects near the toilet on Wednesday on the banks of Futa Road 80, Dirty Nalla, on Wednesday. They were identified as Javed AKA languages (25), Abid (22), Nasir (22) and Shane Alam (24). All the accused are residents of various Delhi police stations. During interrogation, the accused revealed that they stole batteries of four wheelers at night in Shalimar Garden and its surrounding areas. The way to carry out his crime was reasonably planned. The two accused had earlier rake the vehicle, while the other two were supervised that no one was looking at them. Once they got a chance, they removed the batteries from the vehicles and then collected and sold them. Is used to spread the money of the theft equally among themselves. The arrested accused also acknowledged that they stole the battery of three trains parked in the Colony in Shalimar Garden Extension-1 about 15 days ago. The remaining 15 batteries were also stolen from the surrounding areas. The four accused went to Pasonda to sell the stolen batteries when police arrested them. Currently, the necessary action is taken against him by registering a case in the Shalimar Garden police station. Initial investigation revealed that there are already two cases against him.
