Mumbai, May 17 (IANS). Bollywood actor Kunal Sharma will play the role of Vikram Ranwal in his upcoming Action Drama Film ‘Makam’. He said he had to work hard for this character physically and spiritually. The film was shot in Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad. Kunal was part of almost every shooting schedule. He said: ‘I play the role of Vikram Ranwal, known as’ King of the Ring’ in the underground fighting circle. When I got to know this character, I was very happy … but also a little scared. This character needed a large and strong body. But I didn’t have a lot of time and money, so it was hard to keep a personal trainer. ‘ Course. I read theory and then tried it on my body. He used both studies and hard work and formed him as a character. He said: “The biggest challenge for me was to understand the world in Vikram, to feel his emotion, thinking and pain. I’m not actually an Mma (mixed martial) fighter and the film’s highlight has a 10 to 12 -minute ring fight.” Kunal said that MMA did not have time to learn completely, so he looked and learned what was shown in films around the world. In this he also took the help of the team. But while he did all this, his body was very affected, despite that he did not give up. The actor said: ‘I sustained injuries, some legs were also broken and it took me 4 to 6 weeks to recover after the climax fight. But when the trailer of the film came and people began to praise me, all the pain disappeared. ‘ Kunal worked in films and shows like ‘Hawaii Five-0’.
