The storeroom was under the active control of Justice Verma and his family, the investigative committee made allegations with evidence that the Judge of the High Court in Allahabad, Yashwant Verma, was convicted by the Supreme Court appointed by the Supreme Court in the cash seizure case that the shop in which the burnt cash was received was under the active control of the judge and his family. Sources said that the committee found some such evidence, after the fire incident, the burnt cash was removed from the shopping room. Judge Yashwant Verma, High Court in Allahabad, said the Supreme Court appointed by the Supreme Court, convicted in the cash recovery case, said the shopping room in which the burned cash was received was under the active control of the judge and his family. Sources said the committee found some evidence to indicate that the burnt cash was removed from the shopping room after the fire incident. Earlier this month, the then Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna wrote a letter to President Draupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi and also shared the committee’s report with the answer of Justice Verma. According to sources, there is different evidence that the committee is considering electronic evidence as well as different evidence and expressed the opinion in the report that the allegations for the start of the process of removing Justice Verma are quite serious. Justice Verma denied the allegations against him, the committee analyzed the evidence and recorded statements of more than 50 people, including Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora and head of Delhi Fire Service. He was the first to reach the first arrival after the fire in Justice Verma’s home in Lutyens Delhi at 11.35 o’clock on March 14. Justice Verma was a judge of the Delhi High Court at the time. Justice Verma denied the allegations against him.
