It was delivered by Menaker while attending the release of internship participants abroad in the MM2100 Industrial Estate, Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java, Thursday (4/17/2025). He revealed that he had lived in the United States for six years and used many things this time. According to him, experience abroad is a very valuable opportunity and should be maximized as well as possible. “For me, it’s an expensive opportunity to learn anything. So it’s important to have a growing mindset, which is the courage to keep learning new things, exploring without being wrong, without being afraid of being stupid, because everyone starts from scratch,” he explained. Yassierli also reminded the participants to maintain the good name of Indonesia during the internship program. He emphasized that participants were representatives of Indonesia and the ambassador of the country abroad. “Take care of morals and behavior. Show that the Indonesian people are a polite and hard -working nation. In this way, you open opportunities for your younger siblings in the same footsteps in the future,” he said. Furthermore, Yassierli explained that foreign internships were one of the strategic programs of the Ministry of Manpower to improve the power of Indonesian workers. This program is managed by the Job Training Center (BLK), Job Training Institute, plus Vocational High School (SMK). “The model can be sent directly from SMK, or pre -training at the training center and work training institution, and then leaves. All in the context of competency development by foreign internships,” he explained. Yassierli added, after completing the internship program, the participants had two options, namely to return to Die Vaderland to gain the experience, or continue his career as an Indonesian migrant worker.
