Action on illegal buildings in Noida, warning by 'This building is to write illegal'

NEIDA, MAY 15 (IANS). The Noida Authority has taken major steps in the towns of Garhi Chaukandi and Basai, with a difficult stance on illegal construction. The authorities ‘this building is illegal’ of red ink written by identifying 22 illegal buildings. The identified buildings include shops, residential buildings and hotels. In addition, illegal fiancé sellers were also removed. The government has made it clear that this action will continue. The Land of Measles Number 13, 16, 17, 34, 35, 36, 37 and 38 of the town of Garhi Chaukandi has already been earned and notified by the government. Illegal construction, located between FNG Road and Pushta Marg, has been done for a long time. The government tried to stop the construction work several times, but constantly protested and immoral by the offenders. As a result, a warning of illegal construction is now called on these buildings. Notices were also pasted by the authority on all these buildings. Officials warned that if the people involved did not demolish these buildings themselves, they would be demolished by the authority and the expenses would also be recovered. Based on CEO’s instructions, CEO, all senior executives from Circle-1 to 10 began to make a list of illegal buildings in their areas. A joint survey was also done for this. During the survey, the plots are also investigated where there was an illegal construction earlier and they were broken to action. If such plots are found to be rebuilt, the person concerned will be placed in the land mafia category, and a report in this regard will be sent to the government. Since January 2024, the government has freed about 1.93 lakh square meters of land from the exceeding, which is an estimated price of Rs 1.068 crore. This land is employed by Master Plan 2031, where future plans and projects must be developed. So far, a FIR has been registered in 24 cases, while the investigation into 118 cases is taking place at the DCP level.
