155.1 Foot Long painting made of DLED student Aarti Verma's hair, recorded in Forbes World Record
Aarti Verma, a resident of Charkhari Road New Basti in the city, who is a DLED student, not only alleviated the name of the district with his unique art, but made the whole country proud. Aarti prepared a painting of 155.1 feet long and 3 feet wide of human hair and registered her name in the Forbes World Record. Aarti Verma was honored in the Tehsil Auditorium on Wednesday for this extraordinary achievement. In the program, administrative officials, teachers and locals appreciated the talent of Aarti and wish her a bright future. Aarti Verma has been fond of art since childhood. He started making paintings from the age of just 12, but the act he did this time is not ordinary. On June 4, Aarti prepared this unique painting of human hair with various consecutive hours of hard work in the veranda of Mother Sharda Balika Inter College. This painting depicted a total of 53 paintings related to environmental protection, sanitation, government schemes and social awareness information. The painting was unveiled on June 5 at the occasion of ‘World Environment Day’. Since then, these works of art have remained the subject of discussion and have now become a historical achievement by joining the Forbes World Record. This is the first time a student has made a global recognition by making such a long and meaningful painting on unusual means as hair. Aarti says he wanted to give a message by making hair a medium that creativity does not require specific way, but that power and dedication are the actual power. He said that hair was collected at local salons to make this painting, which was used by sanitization. There is an atmosphere of happiness in the district on this achievement of Aarti. People related to art, education and social service have praised him, saying that this achievement will also inspire other youths to innovation and social awareness. The administration also said that Aarti will be encouraged on even more large forums in the future.
