Dr. Maha Al -Nimr, a consultant of gynecology and childbirth, stressed the importance of following up iron levels during pregnancy.
Al -Nimr said through its official account on the X platform: “It is important for every pregnant woman, you must enter the ninth and hemoglobin above 11 and the Iron stock of Vertin above 35, so you are given in pregnancy an iron supplement because the absorption of iron is affected in the pregnancy and may decrease.
