The door of the house was closed from outside, and the accused husband was absconding. When the police broke the lock and entered inside, the woman’s body was lying on the bed. His throat was strangled and there were marks of being cut on the wrist. Blood was spread throughout the room.

Love marriage was done three years ago
The elder sister of the deceased said that 26 -year -old Shivani alias Parvati was originally from Bhopal. She came to Agra after the death of her parents. Here he met Sundar Pada resident Shakti and both of them had married love three years ago. After marriage, Shivani started living in Sundar Pada with her husband.

Drug addiction and suspicion of murder
According to the locals, Shakti was addicted to drugs and used to come home after drinking alcohol every day. There was often a fight with Shivani about this matter. He doubted the wife’s character and beat him. For two days, no one had seen Shivani coming out of the house, while Shakti looked coming out late at night.

SP Seshamani Upadhyay said that prima facie it seems that Shakti first fainted Shivani and then strangled her with a sharp weapon and killed her. In the house where they lived, all the houses are connected to each other, so no one heard any voice.
