Police in Mumbai have arrested over 650 Bangladesh invaders

Mumbai, May 18 (IANS). The actions of police in Mumbai go against Bangladesh citizens who live illegally in the country’s financial capital Mumbai. Police have arrested more than 650 intruders so far. Those arrested lived for years by making false documents. According to Mumbai police, more than 650 Bangladeshi invaders have been arrested since January 1, 2025, of which 180 were also returned to Bangladesh. Last year in 2024 the number was 350, of which 100 was dean. All of these invaders come into contact with local brokers after reaching Mumbai and make false documents such as Aadhaar card, ration card, pan -card. Based on these documents, they live here in rented homes and live like ordinary citizens. Mumbai police have also recovered a large number of false documents from them. Explain that the police are acting in different parts of the country against illegal Bangladeshi’s. Police have formed special teams to look for illegal intruders.
