Menkes: The cheapest sports run, at least 30 minutes each day
Jakarta – Minister of Health (Menkes) Budi Gunadi Sadikin advised Indonesian people to practice at least 30 minutes every day. He said routine sports can have a positive impact on the body. “I’m happy because running is the cheapest and healthy sports, and not forget to say, we have to practice at least 30 minutes every day, 5 days a week until death,” Budi Gunadi said after he ran the ‘Merdeka Run’ Marathon around the State Palace, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Sunday (8/24/2025).
