Take a pledge to adopt Swadeshi on Diwali: Mohan Yadav
Bhopal, October 20 (IANS). Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, while wishing the people of the state a happy Diwali, asked to adopt Swadeshi. At the same time, during the day there was a gathering of cabinet members and officials at the chief minister’s residence and everyone exchanged good wishes with each other. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, while extending warm greetings and best wishes to all the countrymen on Diwali, wished that on this holy festival there should be happiness, glory and joy in everyone’s life. He also appealed to the people to take a pledge to adopt Swadeshi on the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on this occasion. Chief Minister Yadav met ministers, MPs, public representatives, social workers, officials and general public and exchanged good wishes on Diwali. Minister Vishwas Sarang, Minister Inder Singh Parmar, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Krishna Gaur, Narendra Shivaji Patel, MLA Rameshwar Sharma, Bhagwan Das Sabnani, former Union Minister Suresh Pachauri, Mayor Malti Rai met Chief Minister Yadav at the Chief Minister’s residence on diwali and greeted him. Chief Minister Yadav met police administration officials, socio-religious organizations, representatives of business industry and general public and wished them for the festival. Earlier, Chief Minister Yadav performed worship at the temple located at the Chief Minister’s residence. In his message, while sending Diwali wishes to the people of the state, he said that the festival of light should bring new energy, prosperity and happiness in everyone’s life. It is my wish that there should be light and happiness in every home with the blessings of Mother Lakshmi and Lord Shri Ganesh. Chief Minister Yadav warmly congratulated everyone on the grand festival of Diwali, illuminated with joy and light. On the occasion of Diwali, lights are scattered everywhere. There is excitement in the markets and it is celebrated with enthusiasm. Attractive and wonderful lighting has been done on the houses.
