Egyptian real estate TLD aims to create a thousand hotel rooms within 7 years
The Egyptian Land Real Estate Development Company (TLD) aims to double the number of hotel rooms to two thousand rooms during the next seven years, in projects stretching across the Red Sea from Hurghada and Sahl Hashish to Marsa Alam in the south, according to the CEO. In an interview with ‘Al -Sharq’, on the sidelines of the today’s real estate conference held in Cairo, he explained that the company wants to double the investments in the housing and tourism units in Egypt within ten years. Al -Tibi pointed out that the hotel units that develop the company on the Red Sea received a demand from European investors, as customers from Western European countries account for 40% of the total sales of the projects.
