Customers from New York City to Atlanta Have Been Reporting Issues With Making Calls, Sending Text Messages, ORTHE CONTACTING EMERGENCY Services. Reports of Outages Begin Early Thursday Morning. Some on social media have soough to tie the outage to a pair of solar flares that occurred wednesday night. Howver, Experts Suggest That The Similar Timing BetWene The Two Events Are Likely a Cincidence.
