Jakarta – Commissioner of Taman Safari Indonesia, Tony Sumampouw, unveiled the origin of the former Oriental Circus Circus Player (OCI). He said some of them are children who have been treated in orphanages from an early age. Tony initially told of the former Circus OCI player who reported alleged violence to the National Human Rights Commission in 1997. In the process, Komnas Ham gave a recommendation, one of which formed a team to find the origin of the parents of the former circus player who reported. “When they were searched by their parents, I did not participate, the one who joined Mr Hutajulu with Mr Hamdan Zulva, with staff of the previous Komnas Ham (the ’97 -98 era), ‘Tony said on Thursday (4/17/2025).
