Women power and nuclear power combination in Modi University – – ryan

The Engineering College of Modi University organized a one -day seminar to educate the students about the new research being done in the field of nuclear energy.

New Delhi (JNN). Women’s education and women empowerment, in which the whole of India is associated with enthusiasm, like this, the Engineering College of Modi University organized a one -day seminar to educate the students about the new research being done in the field of nuclear energy.

The important thing about this seminar is that women scientists belonging to the nuclear energy region were invited. Under which the Chief Guest Dr. S.B. Roy, former Director, Chemical Engineering Group, BARC, Mumbai and honorable Ati Dr. Saroj Saibaba, Chairman, Physical Metallic Department, IGCAR, Kalpakkam. The seminar was inaugurated with lamp lighting, Saraswati Vandana and University’s Kulgeet in the music emperor Tansen Auditorium of the University. Under which University President Prof. Suresh Advani welcomed all the guests and the audience present in his welcome address and told how the atomic energy is useful and the misconceptions spread about it should be removed so that the students have the urge to move forward in the energy area.

At the end of the inaugural seminar, the seminar convenor Prof. N.K. Joshi, Chairman, Department of Atomic Engineering, Modi University thanked everyone and M.Tech operated by his department. And B.Tech. The specific programs of the country which are included in the syllabus of only two universities in the country were made aware. In the second phase of the association, addresses were kept in which Dr. S.B. Roy gave atomic fuel chakra and radioactive waste and resources and Dr. Saroja Saibaba gave address on activities conducted by the Department of Atomic Energy and Indian nuclear energy programs. Apart from these, other invited scientists gave address on topics through nuclear science and technology, how to make career in health care, agriculture and food processing and nuclear sector.

A poster exhibition session with highly interest was also held under the seminar in which the students participated in the question and answer. Students of the Agricultural College and Engineering colleges of Fatehpur and Engineering colleges of Shekhawati area also participated in this seminar. During this seminar, 300 girls and teachers Gan and many members of the university were present. The seminar concluded after a conversation session with students and teachers and invited scientists. Convenor Prof. V.K. Jain, Dean Engineering College and Prof. P.K. Ghosh, Chairman thanked the ECE Faculty for the unprecedented cooperation. President Prof. Suresh Advani congratulated everyone on the seminar and encouraged them to keep doing similar programs in future.
