Tejashwi Yadav might go to jail
Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav and leader of opposition, under the suspect came under the representation of the representation of India on a charge of retaining two voters -ID cards (Epic). In this case, the Electoral Commission (ECI) sent them a notice and asked them to answer within 24 hours, that is, by August 8. If he does not respond, a fir could be filed against him, and he may also have to go to jail. How the controversy began on August 2 when Tejashwi Yadav showed his voter -Map at a press conference. He claims that his name was removed from Bihar’s concept voter list, and as evidence he showed his epic number RAB2916120. But when this number was checked on the website of the Electoral Commission, it was not found present. This means that this epic number is not valid. Thereafter, the Electoral Commission began the investigation and found that Tejashwi Yadav’s rights and legitimate voter -ID card number is RAB0456228, which was issued under the polling room number 204, serial number 416 of Diga composition. The first notice was sent on August 3, the Electoral Commission took the case seriously. On August 3, the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) of the Di Dija meeting constituently sent a letter to Tejashwi Yadav asking to submit the original Kieser map and all the information with it within a day. When Tejashwi did not respond, the commission warned him again and gave him a day’s time. After this, legal action can be started. What does RJD say? The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has launched a shocking attack on the Electoral Commission. The party claims that the whole case was raised at the request of the BJP. Tejashwi again has retaliation and said that the Electoral Commission must answer the questions raised by the party regarding the first special amendment process (SIR). He also said that the epic number described as false may have arisen as a result of the old record or system update. The BJP and its ally NDA accused the BJP of having two cards as serious, and Tejashwi was accused of having a voter card of two constituencies. BJP leaders say it is election fraud and that a fir should be registered against Tejashwi immediately. The case of duplicate voter card is about 96 Crore -registered voters in the country, of which about 1.2 crore entries according to the Electoral Commission are duplicate, dead voters or incorrect addresses.
