Telangana -Speaker will hear on 29 September Requests

Hyderabad, September 28 (IANS). Gaddam Prasad Kumar, the Speaker of the Telangana meeting, will hear on Monday about four petitions for disqualification filed by BRS against poor MAs. The speaker decided to prosecute the arguments presented by 10 defective MLAs of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) under the tenth schedule of the Constitution. According to the proceedings issued by the Secretary of the meeting V. Narasimha Charyulu, the speakers will hear the cross -examination of the advocates of the requesters through four poor MAs. The hearing will be held on September 29 and October 1. The poor MLAs include T. Prakash Gaur (Rajendranagar), Kale Yaadaiya (Chevella), Gudem Mahipal Reddy (Patancheru) and Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy (Jogulamba Gadwal), which will be present at the hearing. On September 29, Brs Mla Kalwakuntala Sanjay Gaur’s attorney, Rehti Prabhakar of Rehie Prabhakar and Mahipal Reddy’s lawyer, On October 1, Gaur was questioned Sanjay’s attorney, Yadaiya and Prabhakar’s lawyer for Mahipal Reddy, and Krishna Mohan Reddy’s attorney for Rajeshwar Reddy. The hearing will be held on both days from 11 to 16:00. Brs leaders have filed petitions before the speaker who claims the unqualification of 10 party MAs that joined the ruling congress. He approached the Supreme Court on the delay the speaker made in the decision of his petitions. On July 31, the Supreme Court ordered the Legislative Assembly to make decisions on petitions that sought the disqualification of 10 BRS MLAs that joined the congress after the November 2023 election. This is the first time in the history of the Telangana law meeting when chairman is requests for disabilities. Meanwhile, in terms of the 10th schedule for the Constitution, the Legislative Secretary has introduced ban on the premises of the meeting in light of the trial of petitions by the tribunal. During the proceedings of the tribunal in the legislature building complex, the limitations will remain in effect from September 29 to October 6. Visitors may not enter the premises without a valid consent. Media staff will not be allowed to enter the campus at all. The legislature secretary said that press conferences are not allowed in media centers and build up the premises. Former legislative councilors, former MLAs and former MPs are not allowed to enter, while legislative councilors and MLAs are only allowed to go to the offices of their legislative party. The members (requesters and defendants) who appear before the tribunal under the 10th schedule are requested not to bring cell phones. The secretary said that anyone who will be involved in recording the proceedings and photos will be taken from his phone, his devices will be confiscated and the attorney concerned will not be allowed to appear in the proceedings. -Ians Ash/DKP
