Terror of stray dogs continues, even after the command of the Supreme Court, the student attacked in Kanpur

After the recent order of the Supreme Court, there was a debate about stray dogs across the country, but despite this, the terror of dogs does not take the name of stop. After Ghaziabad and Hapur, a heartbreaking incident in Kanpur came to light. A BBA student who returned home from college was attacked by a herd of stray dogs on Friday night. The student was seriously injured in the 17 stitched attack. The dogs targeted her face and wounded deep on the cheek and nose. The family quickly recognized him in the nearest hospital, where doctors put 17 stitches on his face. The treatment of the student is currently underway. Once information about panic and outrage was in the area, there was anger among the people of the area. Local residents have accused the municipal corporation of negligence and said that the number of stray dogs is constantly increasing, but that no concrete steps are taken to control it. People say that it has become difficult for children and women to leave the home. The command and land reality of the Supreme Court recently instructed the states and municipal corporations to restore the system in the case of stray dogs. The court clearly said that the safety of humans as well as animals should be assured. Nevertheless, the regular incidents in Ghaziabad, Hapur and now Kanpur indicate that the situation has not improved at the ground level. Local people have demanded a major challenge to the administration that the municipal corporation should arrest stray dogs as soon as possible and arrange concrete management for it. People say that if the administration does not pay attention to this, the situation can be more frightening. Share this story -tags
