The Vigilance Bureau arrested Asi Talwinder Singh of the Rambagh police station on Friday night for taking a bribe of five thousand rupees. A case is registered after recovering five thousand rupees from the possession of the accused. SSP Lakhbir Singh said the accused was being questioned. Remove the ad, just read the news, the complainant told Vigilance a few days ago that he was running the hotel. Asi Talwinder Singh filed a case against hotel management some time ago. The DVR and record were possessed by the aforementioned police staff. Now it demands 50 thousand rupees in exchange for leaving the above goods. Later, the case was settled for thirty thousand rupees. After this, Talwinder charged 16 thousand rupees of the complainant as the first installment. Now 14 thousand rupees had to be paid. The complainant collected five thousand rupees at Talwinder Singh on Friday. As soon as the accused took the bribe, vigilance had overwhelmed and controlled him.
