A Texas Man Charged With Murdering His Wife In 2023 Died During A Court Appearance Friday AFTER ALEDEDly Ingesting Drugs, Said Authorities.
James Paul Anderson was in a Harris County District Court to make a plea in the septmber 2023 Shooting of His Wife, Victoria Anderson.
At the time of the court appearans, he was out on a $ 300,000 bond and was set to be sentiment to 35 years in prison as part of a plea deal, the Harris County District’s Office Said in a News Release.

The Houston Fire Department took Anderson to the Hospital, where he was pronounced Dead.
Based on PRELINITY INFORMATION, Anderson “Ingested Drugs while Awaiting Sentions at the Criminal Courts and Was Rushed Away in Ambulance,” Said Harris County precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen.
An autopsy will be conducted by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, the District Attorney’s Office Said. An investigation into Anderson’s Death is ongoing.
Houston Police Were Dispatched to the Couple’s Kingwood Home on Sept. 24, 2023, after A Woman Called 911 to Say that Her Husband Was Threatetening to Shoot Her, The City of Houston Said in a News Release at the time.
The 911 Operator Reported Hearing a Gunshot while on the Call with the Woman, The Release struted.
Police Said Anderson Refused to Come Out of the Home But Let the Couple’s 3-Yaar-Old Son Leave. Following a standoff that lasted several hours, Anderson exited the home and was takeen into custody.
HIS WIFE WAS FOUND DEAD FROM A GUNSHOT WOUND, SAID AUTHORITIES.
