"TSMC" sales jump 39.6% in May thanks to artificial intelligence chips

Taiwan Simonkter Manovakchoring (TSMC), the most important supplier of the “Invidia” and “Apple” slides, announced a 39.6% jump in May’s revenue after businesses bought the slides intensively, amid the increase in commercial uncertainty. The revenue of the company, based in Hindcho in Taiwan, reached 320.5 billion Taiwanese dollars ($ 10.7 billion), compared to an increase in TSMC income during April by 48%. Analysts expect TSMC sales to be 39% on average in the second quarter. Although May’s sales looked relatively strong, it fell by 8.3% compared to April. A strong demand for artificial intelligence chips, CC Wei, CEO of “TSMC”, confirmed last week that the company’s sales will grow within 25% within the current year. The shareholders have informed that the demand for artificial intelligence chips is still exceeding the supply. Last month, ‘Invidia’ calmed the investor’s concerns about the slowdown in China by providing strong sales expectations, emphasizing that the computer market based on artificial intelligence is still ready to achieve Asian growth. Taiwan’s total export and shipping to the United States jumped to a record level during May.
