The police received information through a PCR call and when they reached the spot, they found the child unconscious. The police registered the case and started searching for the accused driver. According to the PCR call, an accident was reported near Indian Oil Petrol Pump C-8, Vasant Kunj at PS VK North. The information said that a black Thar allegedly hit a child. The police reached the spot and found the child unconscious. The police found blood stains and a broken bicycle from the spot, on the basis of which investigation was started.
