In the case of murder of a youth in the Dussehra fair, the police made seven accused wear women’s clothes and paraded them in the market on Thursday. On the night of October 3, Mansingh alias Mangusingh Rawat, resident of Chhoti Swadi, was stabbed to death in the Devgarh fair. The police have so far arrested seven accused in this case. After cutting their hair and dressing in women’s clothes, they were taken from the police station to the Municipal Corporation office, Ambedkar circle and bus stand and then to Teen Batti junction and were made to sit in a car. A large number of people lined the road to watch the arrest. The accused were later produced in court, from where Sunil Singh, Rajendra Singh Rawat and Gajendra Singh Rawat, residents of Nayagaon Khimakheda, Mitthu Singh, resident of Khedi Khimakheda and Kuldeep Singh Rawat, resident of Keto Ka Badia, were sent to jail. Meanwhile, Khimkheda residents Surendra Singh Rawat and Rajendra Singh alias Raju Rawat have been sent to five-day police custody. Share this story Tags
