New -Delhi, September 19 (IANS). Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, head of the Indian Air Force, made a statement on “Operation Sindoor” and Balakot Airiric on Friday. He said that if Pakistan continued the attack, India did its bases major damage. It was not necessary to extend the war after achieving the anti -terrorism goal. The statement by Air Chief Marshal AP Singh comes in a speech to Army War College, where he revealed to kill five fighter jets of Pakistan and a large plane. Singh said: “We need to prepare for the coming morning. We got terrorist shelters, we made an accurate attack on them. Our enemies did not listen to stop the fight, and so we tried to attack. Their bases were damaged, radar and aircraft suffered heavy losses.” He said that ‘Operation Sindoor’ was carried out in May 2025 in response to the Pahalgam terror attack, in which accurate air strikes were performed for 80-90 hours on Pakistan and Pok terrorist bases. In this operation, Jaish-E-Mohammed’s Bahawalpur headquarters and Lashkar-e-Taiba’s hiding places were destroyed. He pointed out Bifor and to “satellite images and said that the assistant buildings remained intact, but the targets were destroyed. With reference to Balakot Strike (2019), Singh made a shovel about the questions of the opposition. He said: “The last time there was nothing in the satellite photos in Balakot. It was repeatedly asked how many people were killed, how many people were not satisfied. This time the video and photos were found in the local media. We got away from Balakot.” He said: “We stopped the fight very quickly, it was said. But they were on the back foot. Our goal was anti-terrorism, which was fulfilled. What was the need to continue after the goal was achieved? The world doesn’t know what their target was when they started the fight.” He gives the example of Russia-Ukraine War and said no one is thinking about locking there. “There are conflicts in the world, but we must consider the end of the struggle.” -Ians SCH/DSC shares this story tags
