"The bride!" Trailer: Christian Bale is the latest Frankenstein in Maggie Gyllenhaal's upcoming film
Warner Bros. Pictures released the first trailer for the bride, Maggie Gyllenhaal’s daring new performance about the Frankenstein story, with Christian Bale and Jessie Buckley. “The bride!” Trailer is from the film that reigns the classic story in the 1930s Chicago, where a lonely Frankenstein helps Dr. Euphronius seeks to create a companion for himself. Collectively, they reconsider a murdered young woman who gives the bride life. But she soon becomes more than or intended, causing a dangerous romance, the attention of the police, and a radical social uprising. Look at the trailer here: inspired by James Whale’s classic ‘Bride of Frankenstein’ and Mary Shelley’s original 1818 novel, The Film, is Buckley as the bride and Bale as Frankenstein’s monster. The ensemble also contains Penélope Cruz as Myrna, Annette Bening, Peter Sarsgaard, Julianne Hough and Jake Gyllenhaal. “The bride!” arrive at a time when interest in ‘Frankenstein’ adjustments increases. Netflix develops its own version, directed by Guillermo del Toro and with Jacob Elordi as the being, along with Oscar Isaac, Mia Goth, Lars Mikkelsen, David Bradley, Christian Convery, Charles Dance and Christoph Waltz. The film Van Gyllenhaal promises a darker, more grounded exploration of love, power and identity in one of the most lasting abominations of literature.
