New -delhi, June 21 (IANS). At the International Yoga Day, actor Karan Thakkar, while talking to Ians, said he has been doing yoga since childhood. Yoga is a big part of our culture. We have to take it more seriously. Karan said: ‘Yoga is a big part of my life. I come from an Arya Sama school, where yoga was one of our school subjects. We have also done yoga since childhood. ‘ He said that Surya Namascar is part of his daily practice. He said: “I have paid more attention to the breathing action for the past two years. That’s why pranayama and anulom antonyms have become important in my life.” The actor further said: “When I wake up in the morning, I like to calm myself down and focus.
