Jakarta – The police arrested a depraved grandfather from Garut, West Java, initials IS (56). He had the heart to have sex with his stepson, who was still in high school and got pregnant. Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Joko Prihatin said that IS has been officially designated as a suspect and has been detained at the Garut Police Headquarters Detention Center since Thursday (23/10) early morning. “We determined the suspect’s status and detained him,” Joko told journalists, as reported by detikJabar, Friday (24/10/2025). At first, one of the victim’s friends suspected a change in the victim’s physical condition, which appeared to indicate that she was pregnant. Then the victim’s friend reported it to the homeroom teacher. The homeroom teacher saw something was wrong and then asked the victim for information. “He admitted to the teacher that the victim was often sexually assaulted by his stepfather,” said Joko.
