The DKI provincial government finds that the kitchen MBG does not drive the soup

Jakarta – DKI Jakarta Food, Maritime and Agriculture (DKPKP) said that the still poor implementation of standard industry procedures (soups) in the free nutritional program (MBG). After the case of alleged student poisoning in East Jakarta, DKPKP said it would prepare a new checklist to ensure that the soup was actually applied to all kitchen suppliers. The head of the DKI Jakarta KPKP office, Hasudungan Sidabalok, said his party focused only on the supervision of fresh food in the Nutrition Food Provider Center (SPPG). As a follow -up step, the KPKP office also plans to provide additional training to SPG officials. “Before the MBG was executed, we trained the officers on hygienetizing and sanitation of processed animal food. But it may need further monitoring and consistency that the soup was actually exported,” he said. As for the fate of 21 students who previously experienced MBG poisoning in East Jakarta, Hasudungan emphasized that the government was in the education office and the health office. “It can be asked for the health office or the education office.
