New -Delhi, September 29 (IANS). An employer conference on employment and skills development was organized under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. It is necessary to link skills development programs to the needs of the industry to ensure that training increases the employment. This Conclave offers a platform to evaluate preparations for candidates for developing PM development, identifying field-specific training requirements and finding a platform to find cooperative possibilities for placements, apprenticeship and continuous participation of employers.
