A surprising case came to light in Alipur area, where a negligence of four cyclists killed a young man. Police began the investigation with the registration of a culpable homicide case (Article 304 IPC) and evidence (Article 238 BNS) against the three accused. What happened? Between 2 to 14:30 in midnight of May 19, four youths rode on a black beautiful bike without a helmet. The bike rides a young man named Tauhid. He tried to catch up with a truck near Jain Temple Budhpur, but the bike collided with the back of the truck. The cyclists have fallen. Vikas Kumar (about 30 years old, Kotla Mubarakpur resident), who was behind in this accident, is due to strangulation on the spot. After the accident with the deceased, Tauhid and his two friends sat on a bicycle and threw the body of the deceased into the bushes. They did not inform the police whether the injured partner Tauhid gave any information to help in the hospital. Investigation revealed that the body was dragged and thrown, which took the matter seriously. Police acted quickly, the policy team reached the place about the information received by Alipur police and recovered the body. Tattooing on the dead body has been identified that it belongs to Vikas Kumar. The case became suspicious due to cuts to the throat and injuries on the body. The postmortem was conducted on May 21 at Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital, in which the accident was described as the cause of death. Police are investigating and arresting police gathered evidence of the crime scene and arrested the three accused. DCP Nidhin Walson said a case is registered against the three accused for culpable homicide and the eradication of evidence. All the accused are questioned. The incident addresses a more condemnable response to the extent to which the rules for traffic safety and the accidents are ignored.
