Consultant and Professor of Heart Diseases, Dr. Khaled Al -Nimr, warned against staying up late and lacking sleep, as it may lead to blood pressure and strokes in the long run.

Al -Nimr said through a tweet on the X platform: “Warning: your sleep after 12 pm and you wake up to sleep at 7 am on a daily basis = an open invitation to blood pressure and strokes in the long run.”
