FARKRUKHABAD, OCTOBER 14 (IANS). In light of Diwali, the food safety and drug administration made a massive attack in the city of Farkrukhabad on Tuesday afternoon to end the adultery. The team of chief food safety officer Akshay Pradhan and other officials, led by Deputy Commissioner Ajit Kumar, collected samples at well -known sweet shops in the city and carried out immediate tests in a food safety vehicle. In this campaign, 15 samples were tested, in which starchy was found in Khoya Barfi from one store. The team first attacked the Sweets Shop in Awas Vikas. Here samples of Chhena, Kaju Katli and Barfi were tested, which were found correctly. After this, the team reached the Sweet Store near Badhpur Mandir Devi. Monsters of Chhena and Khoya Barfi were taken here. The sample of Chhena was passed, but due to the adultery of starch in Khoya Barfi, this monster failed. On this, the team sealed the sample of Khoya Barfi and sent it for further investigation. After this, the team took an example of Khoya Barfi from a lovely store at the Roadways bus stall, which was correct in the investigation. Samples taken from an alleged shop in cadrigates were also passed. Eventually, samples of Chhena and Barfi were tested in the sweet shop in Panchal Ghat, who accepted all the standards. Deputy Commissioner Ajit Kumar said that this campaign of Dussehra began to stop the adultery and will continue to Diwali. He said: “We took a total of 15 samples, from which starch was found in one sample of Khoya Barfi. It has been found that all other samples are good. Action will be done against the guilty store according to the rules. This campaign of the food safety department is an important step in providing safe and pure food to the consumers.
