After the murder, he himself reached the police station. He told police he had come after killing his wife and three children. Police reached the place and sent the bodies to the postmortem. Police have arrested Sumit. Police informed Sumit and Anshubala’s family of the incident. Police recovered the niche. Pankaj Singh filed a report against Sumit. Police investigated the case and filed the charge sheet with the court. Additional sessions Judge Shivkumar Tiwari found Sumit guilty of murder on the basis of evidence and witness. The court, taking into account a serious category offense, sentenced Sumit Kumar to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 11,000.
