"Morning Coffee" can reduce the risk of heart disease and early death

A study published in European Heart Journal on Tuesday showed that people who drink coffee in the morning are less likely to develop ‘heart disease’ and the risk of premature death in general compared to those who drink coffee throughout the day. Several studies have shown that drinking coffee is most consumed, moderate, it can be associated with reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and early death, but the potential effect of coffee consumption in large quantities (more than 3-5 cups per day) at the risk of death. A new study published by European Heart Magazine provides a vision that indicates that the timing of drinking coffee can have a great influence on public health. The increasing evidence shows the importance of biological or ‘biological clock’ in regulating eating and metabolism behavior. Negative consequences, although coffee is used to stimulate vigilance and relieve drowsiness thanks to the effect of caffeine on the central nervous system, it has been shown that drinking coffee can negatively affect daily biological rhythms, which can adapt the effect of coffee on health. Therefore, the study asked: Can the timing of drinking coffee affect the risk of death? Are there patterns of drinking coffee associated with it? The study used data from the US National Health and Nutrition Survey and the timing of drinking coffee was divided into three periods; Morning (from 04:00 to 11:59 p.m.), afternoon (from 12 afternoon to 16:59 hours), and evening (from 17:00 to 3:59 p.m.). The results of the study showed that people who drink coffee in the morning were 16% less likely to be dead compared to those who did not drink coffee, and that it was less likely to die by 31% of heart disease. However, the same benefits did not appear for those who consume coffee all day. Therefore; Researchers used the “cluster analysis” method to determine the timing of coffee time for the participants; This analysis was applied to data from over 40,000 participants, and they were divided based on the timing of drinking coffee. The analysis was also performed using statistical models to determine the relationship between these patterns and health risks. The connection of information and the researchers made the linking of this information to the death records and the causes of death over 9 to 10 years, and it was found that about 36% of study participants had coffee in the morning (before noon), and 16% drink coffee during the day (in the morning, evening, while 48% of the participants did not drink coffee. The study found that drinking coffee in the morning benefits, or the person drinks moderately (from two to three cups) or excessive (more than three cups). This is the first study that tests the effect of the timing of drinking coffee on health results, and the researchers said: “The results indicate that you not only drink coffee or how you drink, but also the timing of drinking time.
