The embassy wrote on its official X handle, “Hyderabad Indian Student Chandrashekhar Pol is sad in the shooting incident in Denton, Texas. We are in contact with the family and offer all possible help. Local officials are investigating the incident. We are in contact with the authorities.” Chandrashekhar Pol, a Hyderabad resident, worked at the gas station on Friday night when he was killed by an unknown armed man. Chandrashekhar is studying a master’s degree in dental surgery in Texas. After completing his graduation to dental surgery to Hyderabad, he moved to America in 2023.
