The Minister of Union, Jyotiraditya Scindia
Gwalior, September 14 (IANS). Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Sunday underestimated the Gwalior Railway Station, which is an important modernization project and instructs the authorities to complete it quickly. During the construction of the construction site, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia died with the officials and investigated the quality of the material used in the construction. He also investigated the design adopted for the railway station. Scindia instructed that special quality stones should be used in floorwork, which shows the rich culture and heritage of Gwalior City. He instructed that the quality should not be compromised. Scindia said: “The redevelopment of the Gwalior Railway Station is not only about the modernization of the structure, but also about providing world-class to the passengers. This development will not only show heritage values, but will also help promote tourism in the Gwalior Chambal region.” After the inspection tour, he told the media that the authorities were instructed to speed up the work and complete the project as soon as possible. He added: “It would be a world -class railway station. The officials assured that they would complete the project within the appointed time.” It is striking that the redevelopment work of the Gwalior Railway Station would be completed by December 2024, but it was delayed for unknown reasons. Deputy Chief Engineer Akash Yadav of the project was transferred two months ago due to the slow pace of the work. Gwalior station will be redeveloped as a world -class business at a cost of Rs 534.70 crore. According to the earlier statement of Indian Railways, this station will be spread over an area of 48,061 square meters. The well -known building of the rebellious Gwalior train station will display the local art, culture and the rich heritage of the city of Gwalior. After redevelopment, the station will have a better passenger experience with world -class facilities such as better lights, escalators and elevators, accompanying signals, large roof plasa, sufficient waiting room and entertainment functions for passengers. The modern Gwalior station -redevelopment project shows heritage with a touch of modernity. -Ians DKP/ Share these Story Tags
