Jakarta – As a form of commitment to strengthen the bureaucracy that is professionally, adaptable and aimed at the results, the Ministry of Culture (Kemenbud) held the signing of the performance agreement and employee performance targets (SKP) in the construction of A, the Ministry of Education and Cultural Complex. As a ministry that bears the mission to protect, develop, utilize and promote culture, Fadli Zon said that the ASN of the Ministry of Culture should act as cultural stewards or cultural support. This role includes the protection of cultural heritage, cultural innovators, as well as civil servants with integrity. In his direction, Menbud Fadli conveyed the four most important priorities of the ASN performance target of the Ministry of Culture. First, which makes Indonesian cultural mega university a strategic resource. ASN is expected to work on culture, think multicultural and develop policies that are in favor of diversity. Second, the realization of Indonesia as the capital of world culture. The potential and cultural legitimacy of Indonesia is believed to be able to make this nation the center of the exchange of values and ideas of world culture. Guarantee also the cultural freedom of society. Each policy must prioritize participation, empowerment and expression space for different cultures. Finally, the internalization of the four pillars of cultural policy in ASN performance, namely culture as economic power, cultural diplomacy, internalization of the value of education and the unifying power of the country. Fadli Zon also reminded that the success of performance was not only measured by the absorption of the budget or the number of activities, but of the real impact on the development of culture and the scope of cultural values living in society. With his remarks, Fadli Zon invited all ASN Ministry of Culture to strengthen new obligations in building transparent, accountable, integrity and oriented bureaucracy, and aimed at concrete results that provide broad benefits to the community. Secretary-General of the Ministry of Culture, Bambang Wibawarta, said in his report that the preparation of performance agreements and SKP is an important part of the ASN performance management, in accordance with the provisions of Permenpan-RB number 6 of 2022 regarding ASN performance management. This document is a strategic tool to ensure that each employee understands the targets and actual contributions to support the achievement of the vision and mission of the Ministry of Culture. The perspective of service recipients, which reflect the ability of the organization in complying with the desires and expectations of service recipients/ stakeholders; b. Perspective of the business process, which reflects the improvement of the process to deliver outputs that have added value for stakeholders; c. Internal reinforcing perspective, which reflects the ability of the organization/ work units to develop the resources of the organization as a leverage to achieve organizational goals; and d. Budget perspective, which reflects the performance in the framework of effectiveness and efficiency of the use of the budget.
